FAQ: How Factor Meal Plans Work
How do I choose my meals?
Every week, you can choose from 16 new meals using the Factor website or app. If you don’t select your meals before the weekly cut-off day, you will receive pre-selected meals based on your diet preference, meal choice history and box size.
What if I have a special diet or allergies?
Factor meals are designed to cater to special diets like Keto, Pescatarian and Vegetarian. Factor meals are not designed for people with specific food allergies or other dietary restrictions.
What if I have to skip a delivery?
You can skip anytime by pausing your delivery for a week using the Factor website or app. Any changes to an upcoming delivery must be made before the weekly cut-off date.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
You’re in full control of your deliveries. You choose the date, time and place of your weekly delivery, and can update it anytime. You can also leave special delivery instructions, allowing the courier to leave your order safely at your doorstep, out of sight in the backyard, or with a neighbor. Your meals are delivered in an insulated box, with ice packs to keep them cool and safe.
Do I have to cook the meals?
No. Every meal is cooked by chefs and delivered fresh. All you need to do is heat your meal in the microwave or oven and enjoy.
