Prior registration is required for ordering goods via this website and the app and for managing the customer account. Navigation is carried out via a standardized menu provided for this purpose. All essential information (for example, name/description of the goods, pricing, contact information) is also integrated in text form for this purpose.

3. Fulfillment of Accessibility Requirements

To fulfill accessibility requirements, the following measures, among others, have been implemented: Provision of text alternatives for certain non-text content. Clear and descriptive titles that describe the topic or purpose of a subpage. The structure and content of this website have been revised so that they can be better captured and read aloud by compatible screen readers. The contrast ratio between page elements has been optimized for improved readability and visual perception. The functionality and content of this website can be operated using a keyboard. Form fields have been revised and feature easily recognizable labels that assist users during input.

4. Non-Accessible Content

We are continuously working on improving accessibility. Currently, the following content is not yet fully compatible with the accessibility requirements due to technical revisions: Some headings are not correctly marked up in the underlying code (markup). The color contrast is insufficient for certain texts and interactive elements. Some interactive elements occasionally lack a clear focus indicator. Some interactive elements lack accessible names. Information may be lost at high magnification levels. Some control elements do not programmatically output their current state (e.g., for screen readers). Some hidden elements are incorrectly included in the keyboard navigation (tab order).
