Can I skip a delivery week?
Yes. Your meal delivery service is as flexible as you are. It's easy to change, pause or stop your subscription whenever you want. Log in to your account and select the date you'd like to skip. Be sure to do so before the weekly cut-off day.
Are my Factor meals frozen?
No. All meals are always freshly prepared, never frozen. Meals arrive in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food fresh during transit. Put your meals in the fridge or freezer once they're delivered to ensure maximum freshness.
