Our Ingredient Philosophy Applied
Developed by Dieticians

Our meals follow strict nutrition and ingredient guidelines – designed by credentialed nutrition experts.
Our meals are guided by the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE): At least 150 g of vegetables, primarily whole grains, healthy protein sources and generally no more than 700 kcal. We limit the use of salt and products outside the nutrition circle
These guidelines inform our chefs during the development of each meal. After new meals are created, our dietitians review and approve the ingredients and overall nutrition. Working alongside chefs, they continuously refine the taste and nutrition of our recipes based on customer feedback.
