Chicken in creamy spinach
with artichoke, courgette and pepper in tomato butter

The inspo for this keto dish came from everyone’s secret dinner desire. What’s that? To eat a giant bowl of spinach artichoke dip for dinner, obviously. In true Factor fashion, we transformed it into a hearty meal that’ll actually leave you feeling satisfied afterwards (unlike said giant bowl). Herb-rubbed, grilled chicken is served atop a bed of the good stuff, aka creamy, garlicky artichoke and spinach dip so delicious it’ll knock your socks off. There’s also a side of roasted zucchini, tomatoes, and peppers with sun-dried tomato butter that delivers big on umami. Who’s ready to dig in?
