Are the ready meals frozen?

No. Our pre-cooked meals are always fresh, never frozen. Your meals are delivered in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs to keep the food at the correct temperature during transport. We recommend placing them in the fridge or freezer upon receipt.

Do I have to stick to a menu plan?
No. You can choose meals from any preferred menu, so you can enjoy a range of dishes without becoming bored. You can decide to stick to one preferred menu or vary it a little every day to suit your dietary preferences. Our menu changes weekly, and you can view the ingredients of each meal on the menu. We also include all the relevant nutritional information so that you can be sure the meals meet your dietary requirements.
Can I take a break from ready meals for a week?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account, select the date you want to skip and confirm. A pop-up window will appear in which you confirm that you want to skip a week. Your delivery will continue the following week.

Why does it only take a few minutes to heat up the ready meals?

All our ready made meals are fresh, not frozen, so you can enjoy them in minutes. We deliver them in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs to keep your meals at a safe, chilled temperature during transit. Place the meals in your refrigerator, and simply put them in the oven or microwave whenever you want to eat them.
